GOOD HEALTH AND WELL-BEING FOR EVERYONE 

    Good health and well being can be defined as being free from any physical and mental disease. It is one of the greatest blessings to have a healthy body and mind. It is something that we should never take granted for. However, not everyone has the luck to be in a good health and well-being as it can be considered as a privilege. 

    The privilege of receiving a good health and well-being should be made for everyone. The health institution should be able to provide a good health service for everyone at all ages and be fair with no prejudice. The government should invest more in the health institution as it will benefit everyone in many aspects. A campaign of exposing the importance of keeping a good health shall be made for everyone in order to raise the awareness among the people. 

    It would not be an easy job to keep everyone's health in check as there will be those who does not have the facilities to go to the nearest hospitals or clinics. It is the government responsibilities to create the chances for those in needs to experience a better health and well-being check up. For example, the dental check up in public schools in Malaysia is truly one of the greatest movement made by the government. It created an opportunity for the people to have a proper health service without having any difficulty. As one of the kids that experienced the event, it was an exciting and nerve-wrecking experience. 

    During 2019, the world was shocked by the deadly virus called Covid-19 which killed more than 5 million people worldwide. It was a devastating and traumatic incident as it affected the people in many ways. The physical and mental health of the people were ruined by the stress caused by the virus. However, the government tried their best to provide a proper health service for the people in order to sooth the panic among them. The vaccines distribution was one of the steps taken by the government in order to keep the people in good health and well-being. 

    A healthy community and society surely will bring peace to the world. Making sure that everyone able to receive a proper and excellent health services from head to toe should be our priority as it will not only help us to create a safer world, but it is a good investment for the future. We should be able to provide a safer environment for us and the future generation as it will benefit us in many ways.
